Jorge is an aerospace engineer with international experience working in positions such as project management, manufacturing processes, and material procurement. His continuous passion for new technologies led him to pursue a master’s degree, becoming proficient in complex and advanced systems. Currently, he will plan and manage the production line of products with recycled carbon fiber and the development and research of new products.

After the degree, Luca worked in the UK for a multiaxial textile company and for 8 years in Italy in his consultancy company, active in the composite materials World. He has competence in nanomaterials and carbon based products. From 2017 he is actively researching recycled carbon fiber based applications in composite materials, with particular interest for new advanced technologies.

Paolo has different certifications for the development of advanced products in the composite materials field. In 2019 he received the CERT’ing certification from ACCREDIA according to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024. He has been working for more than 30 years in the development of advanced composites, 20 of which as a consultant for companies around the World.
