Silvia has a degree in Business Economics with a specialization in communication and marketing. She began her career in the jewelry industry, where she gained skills in market strategies, communication and organization. Attentive to sustainability issues, it has always appreciated companies that enhance recycling and reduce waste. Her economic training allowed her to develop solid skills in accounting, cost analysis and administrative management.

Marco Chilò is a qualified Advanced Composite Engineer with a PhD in Textiles Mechanics & Science from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in Advanced Composite Engineering from École Centrale de Nantes. He has over a decade of international experience in the textiles and composites industries, combining research, innovation, and industrial practice. Marco brings a global outlook to multidisciplinary engineering challenges.
Previously, he worked as a Global R&D Lab Scientist at Albany International (UK), where he pioneered testing methods for flexible composites and coordinated multinational R&D projects. With a strong track record in sustainable composites, particularly recycled carbon fibre thermoplastic systems.
