Jorge is an aerospace engineer with international experience working in positions such as project management, manufacturing processes, and material procurement. His continuous passion for new technologies led him to pursue a master’s degree, becoming proficient in complex and advanced systems. Currently, he will plan and manage the production line of products with recycled carbon fiber and the development and research of new products.

From 2017 he enters the family company to all intents and purposes, first following the aspects of quality and the technical office and, lastly, dealing with the technical-commercial area. He follows several courses to refine the economic-managerial aspect and bring added value to his company. Always attentive and curious, he believes in innovation and in development of new solutions.

After the degree, Luca worked in the UK for a multiaxial textile company and for 8 years in Italy in his consultancy company, active in the composite materials World. He has competence in nanomaterials and carbon based products. From 2017 he is actively researching recycled carbon fiber based applications in composite materials, with particular interest for new advanced technologies.

Patrick has a Master’s Degree with a Thesis on innovative tooling based on high modulus pitch fibres for aircraft structural components. Currently a consultant for major OEMs, He is actively involved in new products development and in the research on recycling and reuse of carbon fiber composites.

Paolo has different certifications for the development of advanced products in the composite materials field. In 2019 he received the CERT’ing certification from ACCREDIA according to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024. He has been working for more than 30 years in the development of advanced composites, 20 of which as a consultant for companies around the World.

Olmo began his career in one of the family businesses in 2015, experimenting with all aspects of factory operations. In the following years he also joined other boards of directors of industrial companies and startups. In 2021 he closed an important exit in the non-woven fabric sector as CEO. Through its holding company, Olmo holds interests in numerous innovative startups, from med-tech to crypto.
